The project provides for 27 houses on three levels with terrace and balkony. The turnkey homes have an optional pool. A house has ca. 145m2 with 4 roomes and consits of a basement, ground and first floor.
Schollengold was found as property developer and estate agent in Vienna in 2017. We are a family business and develop building projects to realize living dreams in and around Vienna. In doing so, we see our projects through the idea to the planning and construction to the delivery.
